THE CYCLONE POWER GAMES ARE HERE! 🚴🏻

Starts this Monday at 5:35pm!

The goal of the games is to increase your FTP over a 6 week challenge, riding challenging power rides and enhancing your understanding of different types of training protocols.

You will do an FTP test on week 1 & 6 to see how far you’ve progressed!
There will also be a prize for the member who has the biggest FTP increase 🏆

The power games are perfect for members new to Cyclone and for our regulars!!

Sue is such a valued member of our instructor team that brings so much energy, encouragement and positivity to club.

It is clear Sue genuinely cares about helping members feel better physically and mentally from this recent feedback:

“I have been going to Aqua with Sue for weeks now and wow what a change it has been for me mentally and physically. I absolutely have my stamina back and feel back to my normal self by doing Aqua with her. From January to May I was so ill I could could not walk. You would never know that now.”

🌿 T’ai Chi | Every Saturday, 2–3pm 🌿

We are incredibly lucky to have T’ai Chi on our timetable!
T’ai Chi is an ancient Chinese practice of slow, flowing movement, mindful breathing and gentle focus. It offers a beautiful opportunity to slow down, connect with your body and develop balance, mobility, coordination and awareness — all while creating a sense of calm and presence.

It’s suitable for all levels of fitness and experience, so whether you’ve never tried T’ai Chi before or you’re already familiar with the practice, you’re warmly welcome to join us and learn at your own pace.

One recent member new to t’ai chi shared:

“I have just had my first Tai Chi class with Deborah Wilson and thoroughly enjoyed it! Deborah made me feel very welcome along with some other first timers. The class was really friendly and Deborah’s tuition was clear and made easy to follow. I have already booked for next week😊”
