Weeting Rally

Our annual road making demonstrations are just one of the working steam areas....showcasing the historical significance of steam engines operating stone crushers, along with vintage trench rammers, a tar boiler and various portable steam engines, with steam rollers flattening the crush to create the roadway, this year the area provided an engaging experience for our viewers!

We were honoured to have the High Sheriff of Norfolk with us this year 🙌🏼

Always one of the highlights of the year - the Weeting Steam Rally did not disappoint. What a wonderful gathering of engineering heritage, enthusiasts and community spirit on a glorious Norfolk summer’s day.

Particularly special to join my friend Mark Blake and Albert White from Lincolnshire - who brought along his magnificent Rolls-Royce Silver Ghost and a fine steam locomotive. The care and craftsmanship that goes into maintaining these machines is extraordinary, and the generosity with which their owners share them with the public is admirable. Long may Weeting Rally thrive.
