📅 On 18 September 2026, during our traditional Coffee Morning, we will have an important meeting with representatives of Galway City Council.

The meeting will focus on identifying the needs of our community and will give you an opportunity to speak directly about the issues and challenges that really matter to us.

What challenges are you facing?
What could help improve the lives of Ukrainians in Galway?

Everyone is welcome to join! Your experience, your opinion, and your suggestions matter.

Culture Night is a special evening when culture, art, music and traditions come alive across Ireland.

And we are delighted that this year Ukrainian culture will once again be part of this vibrant cultural celebration!

This evening, we invite the people of Galway to discover Ukraine through one of the most vibrant expressions of our culture — Ukrainian dance. 💃🇺🇦

Guests can enjoy Ukrainian music, traditional dances, a lively atmosphere, and the opportunity to join in and dance with us.

For us, this is more than just an event.
It is an opportunity to share our culture, preserve it far from home, and make Ukrainian culture a visible part of the cultural life of Galway and Ireland. 🇺🇦🤝🇮🇪

As part of our Health Above All project, Kateryna led an incredibly interesting and informative session focused on back health and building a strong body. 🏋️‍♀️

It was more than just an informative talk — it was an engaging and motivating session full of practical advice on how to take proper care of your back, exercise without pain or injury, and keep your body strong and healthy.

💚 A huge thank you to Kateryna for her professionalism, energy, motivation, and for sharing her knowledge with us!

And, of course, thank you to everyone who joined us at today’s Coffee Morning. You are the ones who create the special, warm atmosphere of our gatherings! ☕️💛

On 22 August, we warmly invite Ukrainians and our friends from the local community to celebrate Ukraine’s Independence Day together!

This is more than just a celebration. It is an opportunity to come together, support one another, share our culture, and show how vibrant, talented, and united the Ukrainian community in Ireland is.

✨ What’s waiting for you at the festival:

🛍️ Ukrainian Craft Market – unique handmade products created by talented Ukrainian artisans.

🥟 Food Court – enjoy traditional Ukrainian dishes and delicious homemade treats.

🎨 Performances & Workshops – creative activities, live performances, and engaging workshops for all ages.

🏡 Exhibition “Ukraine – Our Home” – discover Ukrainian traditions, culture, history, and national symbols.

🎈 Children’s Zone – games, arts and crafts, entertainment, and fun activities for our youngest visitors.

🧠 Life on Pause… Does That Feeling Sound Familiar?

Join us for the second session of our Health Above All project, dedicated to mental and emotional wellbeing.

Together with a psychologist, we’ll talk about prolonged stress, anxiety, emotional exhaustion, and depressive states—and how to gradually regain your strength, inner peace, and joy in everyday life.

During the session, you’ll discover:

✨ how to recognise signs of nervous system exhaustion;
✨ the difference between stress, anxiety, and depressive states;
✨ practical ways to move from survival mode back to living;
✨ simple steps that can help you restore your emotional wellbeing.

This will be a warm, supportive conversation—without labels or diagnoses—focused on understanding, self-care, and recovery.
