இசை மனிதர்களை ஒன்றிணைப்பதைப் போல, மக்கள் தொகைக் கணக்கெடுப்பும் நாட்டின் முன்னேற்றத்திற்கு உறுதியான அடித்தளத்தை அமைக்கிறது. மக்கள்தொகைக் கணக்கெடுப்பு 2027-இல் தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்கள் அனைவரும் ஆர்வத்துடன் பங்கேற்குமாறு அன்புடன் கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

சுயக் கணக்கெடுப்பு (Self-Enumeration) 17.07.2026 முதல் 31.07.2026 வரை நடைபெறுகிறது. இந்தக் காலப்பகுதியில் https://se.census.gov.in என்ற அதிகாரப்பூர்வ இணையதளத்தின் மூலம் தங்களது குடும்ப விவரங்களை சுயமாக பதிவு செய்யுமாறு கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன்.

அதனைத் தொடர்ந்து 01.08.2026 முதல் 30.08.2026 வரை நடைபெறும் வீட்டுப் பட்டியலிடல் (HLO) கட்டத்தில் வருகை தரும் கணக்கெடுப்பாளர்களுக்கு முழு ஒத்துழைப்பையும் வழங்குமாறு அன்புடன் வேண்டுகிறேன்.

துல்லியமான மக்கள்தொகைத் தகவல்கள் நாட்டின் சிறந்த திட்டமிடல் மற்றும் வளர்சிக்கு அடிப்படையாக அமைகின்றன. அனைவரும் இணைந்து மக்கள்தொகைக் கணக்கெடுப்பு 2027-ஐ வெற்றிகரமாக நடத்துவோம்

Director of Census Operations, Tamil Nadu, along with the District Collector of Madurai, addressed a press conference on Self-Enumeration under the Houselisting Operations (HLO) phase of Census 2027.

The Self-Enumeration (SE) period for Census 2027 commenced on 17th July 2026, and will continue until 31st July 2026. On this occasion, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, Shri Rajendra Viswanath Arlekar, has appealed to the people of Tamil Nadu to participate in Self-Enumeration and extend their wholehearted cooperation to the Enumerators during the Houselisting and Housing Census (HLO) Phase of Census 2027.

On Day 1, the Hon'ble Governor of Tamil Nadu, Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, Hon'ble Chief Justice of the Madras High Court, Chief Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu, and the State Nodal Officer (Census) & Commissioner of Revenue Administration appealed to the public to participate. District Collectors and Municipal Commissioners across the State also urged citizens to avail the Self-Enumeration facility. The Director of Census Operations, Tamil Nadu, along with all officials of the Directorate, completed Self-Enumeration. Several other dignitaries also joined the initiative, giving a strong impetus to India's first fully digital Census.
