“Grandparents are childhood’s sweetest treasure.”

The Pre-Primary Wing celebrated Grandparents’ Day with warmth, joy and heartfelt affection, honouring the beautiful bond between generations. Our little ones shared loving words, cherished memories and the special moments they treasure with their grandparents.

Adding a delightful touch to the celebration, a few children dressed up as their grandparents, filling the day with smiles, laughter and heartwarming moments of togetherness.

The celebration was a beautiful reminder that love, gratitude and the values of family begin at home and are nurtured through every learning experience at school.

Journey Beyond the Stars!

Our school hosted an exciting Virtual Reality (VR) Show, “The Big Bang,” offering students an immersive voyage through the origins and evolution of the universe.

Through captivating visuals and an engaging 3D VR experience, students explored the fascinating world of the Big Bang, galaxies, stars and the immense expanse of space. The experience transformed complex scientific concepts into an interactive and memorable learning journey.

With enthusiasm and wonder, students discovered the universe from a whole new perspective, sparking curiosity, scientific thinking and a deeper interest in space exploration.

By bringing together technology, imagination and education, The Big Bang proved that learning can be as awe-inspiring as the universe itself!

Teachers from all three branches of St. Mark’s came together for an enriching and insightful virtual interaction with Richard Mills, Co-founder of UpSchool, focused on harnessing digital tools to create meaningful, reflective, and student-centred learning experiences.

The session offered a practical walkthrough of the UpSchool platform, guiding teachers through the creation and management of classes using individual login credentials, as well as the seamless assignment of relevant courses to students. This hands-on exploration equipped educators with valuable insights into integrating structured digital learning into their classrooms.

A particularly engaging aspect of the session was the exploration of UpSchool’s Reflection Tools, which demonstrated how thoughtfully designed reflections can encourage students to engage deeply with their learning, experiences, values, and personal growth. Teachers also explored how student responses can be viewed, organised, and meaningfully integrated into the learning journey.

The interaction highlighted the transformative potential of technology—not merely as a means of content delivery, but as a powerful enabler of self-awareness, reflective thinking, responsible decision-making, and holistic development.

An inspiring step towards nurturing reflective learners and empowering educators through purposeful digital innovation.

A teacher helps us learn, grow and bloom, just like a tree!

To celebrate Teachers’ Day with a green gesture, the Earth Saviours Club organised “वृक्षांजलि- एक पेड़ गुरु के नाम”, a special tree plantation drive for the students of Class III.

With cheerful hands and grateful hearts, the young Earth Saviours planted saplings and pledged to water, protect and nurture them. Each sapling became a living symbol of their love and gratitude towards their teachers. The activity beautifully reminded students that just as teachers nurture us, we too must nurture nature.

The drive was conducted under the guidance of Headmistress, Ms. Anu Arora, who inspired the students to honour their teachers while becoming responsible custodians of nature.

“One Tree. One Teacher. One Beautiful Tribute.”
