The selection process for the 7th batch of 6 Kar Naval Subunit, NCC, NMAMIT was a great success. ✨️

This year’s selection process consisted of six phases - Written Exam, Physical Test, Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Lecturette and finally the Drill Test.

The Drill Test was conducted under the guidance of the PI Staff of 6 Kar Naval Unit, NCC, Udupi, who evaluated the cadets on their discipline, coordination and drill proficiency.

After successfully completing all six phases, 19 deserving cadets have officially become part of the 7th Batch of our Subunit. 💪⚓️

The 6 Kar Naval Subunit, NCC, NMAMIT conducted a Cycle Rally under the Har Ghar Tiranga campaign at Karkala on 16th August 2026. 🇮🇳🚲

Accompanied by our ANO, Sub Lt. (Dr.) Shivaprasad Shetty M, the cadets embarked on a 3.38 km cycle rally, with Anekere as the end destination. The rally celebrated the spirit of patriotism, unity and remembrance of our brave heroes. ✨

The 6 Kar Naval Subunit, NCC, NMAMIT celebrated the 80th Independence Day with pride and enthusiasm at NMAMIT, Nitte. It was an inspiring day with the presence of Chief Guest Dr. Srinivas Rao B R, Former Vice Principal and Controller of Examination, NMAMIT, Nitte. ✨️

The cadets marched synchronously to showcase discipline, unity and dedication on this special occasion. Despite the rain, their spirit remained unwavering as they carried out their responsibilities with confidence and commitment. 💫

The 6 Kar Naval Subunit, NCC, NMAMIT considers it a proud moment to announce that our Cadet Nehal S M (V sem, EEE) has successfully completed the Ser-14 Climbing Course conducted by NIM, Uttarkashi from 3rd August to 13th August 2026. 🙌

During the course, she underwent Sports Climbing, Rock Climbing, Repelling , Bouldering and Artificial Wall Climbing.⛰️

The camp included climbing in the Tekhla Rock Climbing Area in Barahat Range(3650 feet), Uttarkashi.

Your determination and courage is an inspiration to all of us. Keep pushing boundaries and reach newer heights. ✨️

On the occasion of Kargil Vijay Diwas, the cadets of 6 Kar Naval Subunit, NCC, NMAMIT paid homage to the martyrs of Operation Vijay at Amar Jawan, Anekere, Karkala.

To honour the supreme sacrifice of our heroes, the cadets delivered inspiring speeches and sang patriotic songs in tribute to the brave soldiers who served and protected our nation. Their extraordinary valor continues to inspire us every day. 🇮🇳✨
