A’ILA St. Lucia is making steady progress across its portfolio of developments, with key milestones being reached across hospitality, wellness, residential and leisure offerings.

Here’s what’s happening:

🔹TheLifeCo St. Lucia Wellbeing Center is welcoming guests
🔹A’ILA Palm Family Resort is progressing toward the finishing stage
🔹BlueZone Residences’ first two phases are operational, with the final phase nearing completion
🔹Palma Beach Club and Turquoise Mediterranean Restaurant are open and welcoming guests
🔹BlueZone Villa is progressing through finishing works
🔹Sunset Residences has completed structural works on two blocks, with foundation works for the third underway

Invest Saint Lucia was proud to participate in the fDi Institute Live Forum (23–24 July), joining investment promotion agencies, economic development organisations, policymakers, business leaders, and site selectors from across the globe.

The forum provided an invaluable opportunity to gain firsthand insights into what investors are looking for when choosing destinations like Saint Lucia and the Caribbean. Through meaningful conversations and knowledge sharing, we're strengthening our value proposition, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring Saint Lucia remains a competitive destination for quality investment.

While in London, our team also met with the British Chamber of Commerce and the Saint Lucia High Commission to strengthen relationships and explore new opportunities for collaboration that can support increased trade, investment, and business growth for Saint Lucia.

The team also met with the Cambridge Centre for Alternative Finance (CCAF) to discuss advancing climate-resilient investment projects, strengthening investment readiness, and creating new opportunities to connect Caribbean businesses with global expertise, partnerships, and climate finance ahead of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM).

A Saint Lucian delegation joined the OECS Economic Promotion Week in Morocco from 22–27 June 2026, strengthening trade, investment, and economic cooperation between the Eastern Caribbean and the Kingdom of Morocco.

Hosted by the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation (AMCI), the mission brought together OECS Member States, government officials, investment promotion agencies, and private sector leaders for high-level meetings and business forums in Rabat, Casablanca, and Dakhla.

Discussions highlighted opportunities for collaboration in tourism, agribusiness, logistics, infrastructure, renewable energy, and services, while exploring new avenues to expand trade and investment between the Kingdom of Morocco and the OECS.

Invest Saint Lucia remains committed to promoting Saint Lucia as a premier investment destination and fostering strategic partnerships that drive sustainable economic growth.

Construction continues on the Baron Group Expansion Project in Vieux Fort.

This marks the beginning of a transformative 7-acre development designed to support Baron’s continued growth while embracing a future-focused approach. Over the past several months, the company has refined and modernised the plans to ensure this expansion is climate resilient, sustainable, and built to serve generations to come.

We’re proud to share this major milestone as work progresses on:

📍 Block C – Soft & Tender by Baron
📍 Block D – Baron Distribution Services Ltd.

Excavation and earthworks have now been completed for all three blocks, with foundation works officially underway.
