We pay tribute to His Excellency Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, the late and former Governor General and former Foreign Minister of Saint Lucia.

On behalf of the people and the government of the Republic of China (Taiwan), we extend our deepest condolences to the family of Sir Neville and to the people of Saint Lucia during this time of mourning.

Sir Neville Cenac was a distinguished statesman whose dedicated service greatly contributed to the development of Saint Lucia. We appreciate greatly his longstanding friendship and support for the bilateral relations between Taiwan and Saint Lucia during his tenure in public office.

May his soul rest in eternal peace, and may his legacy of service continue to inspire future generations.

我們對故史納克閣下辭世深感哀痛，謹向其家屬及聖露西亞人民致上最誠摯的慰問。

史納克閣下曾任聖露西亞外交部長及總督，為該國資深政治家與外交家，畢生致力於國家發展與公共服務，深受國民敬重。

他在任內積極促進聖露西亞與臺灣友好關係，為深化兩國邦誼作出卓越貢獻。我國感念其畢生奉獻及對臺聖友誼的堅定支持，謹致最深切之哀悼，願他安息。

Joellyn will be volunteering her expertise in the Ministry of Justice, while Susan at the Department of Sustainable Development Saint Lucia.
No doubt that they will be blissfully immersed in the Saint Lucian hospitality and we look forward to their contribution to the respective Ministry through their professionalism and commitment. 🫡

The first-ever visit of the ROC Navy to Saint Lucia was more than a goodwill mission—it was a meaningful celebration of the enduring friendship between Taiwan and Saint Lucia. 🤝

👨‍🎓👩‍🎓 The enthusiasm and curiosity shown by students visiting the ships, 😊🌴 and the warm hospitality extended to officers and crew members as they explored communities across Saint Lucia, allowed them to experience firsthand the kindness of the Saint Lucian people and the strong bonds that unite our two nations. ❤️

🌊⚓ Although the 中華民國海軍 敦睦遠航訓練支隊 ROC Navy - Taiwan - Goodwill Fleet has now completed its visits to Taiwan’s Caribbean allies and returned to the Pacific Ocean to continue its voyage, the warm memories and friendships forged in Saint Lucia will remain with its officers and crew for years to come. ✨

🚢🤝 This journey was not only a voyage across the ocean, but also a journey of friendship that brought our peoples closer together.

What an enjoyable experience at the “Life in Color” exhibition hosted by Cultural Development Foundation! 🎨✨

We visit and admire the stunning collection of artwork: from creative lamps made with calabash, to an impressive sculpture of Saint Lucia’s beloved national bird the Jacquot parrot, as well as beautifully pottery tea sets and many other unique pieces of creativity and craftsmanship.

Amazing to see how everyday materials and elements of nature bring joy to life through works of art ! 🌿🪵🦜

聖露西亞的驚人藝術能量在“Life in Color” 藝展展現無遺 ！🎨✨

我們在現場欣賞到許多精緻又充滿創意的木雕作品，包括利用calabash製成的桌燈、大型聖露西亞國鳥 Jacquot 鸚鵡雕塑，以及典雅別緻的茶具等，每件作品都令人驚艷。
