Official D-NAP number cards are issued only by authorized NAP/Volunteer staff after an applicant completes the required pre-screening process.

The NAP Office is not responsible for any number cards or lists distributed outside official operating hours or outside the NAP process. Those numbers will not be recognized.

Revised Disaster-NAP schedule for Tinian and Rota:

Tinian Location: PM Building, San Jose, Tinian
Rota Location: Dolores Plaza, Songsong, Rota

Application Period:
June 25–28, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
June 29, 2026 | 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

EBT Benefit Deposit Schedule:
•⁠ ⁠July 1, 2026 — Case Record ID ending in 1 & 2
•⁠ ⁠July 2, 2026 — Case Record ID ending in 3 & 4
•⁠ ⁠July 3, 2026 — Case Record ID ending in 5 & 6
•⁠ ⁠July 4, 2026 — Case Record ID ending in 7 & 8
•⁠ ⁠July 5, 2026 — Case Record ID ending in 9 & 0

Important: Benefits will be loaded into EBT cards beginning July 1–5, 2026, and ending on July 18, 2026. DNAP benefits will expire on September 30, 2026.

CNMI Nutrition Assistance Program Update: The Disaster Nutrition Assistance Program (D-NAP) application intake for Tinian and Rota, scheduled for June 24–27, 2026, has been suspended due to flight cancellations preventing NAP Certification Units from deploying to the islands.

Updates will be provided as they become available.
