Niċċelebraw lil dawk li ġġieldu u rebħu, niftakru b’għożża f’dawk li ġġieldu u tlifna, u ningħaqdu fis-solidarjetà ma’ dawk li għadhom jiġġieldu jew li għad iridu jiffaċċjaw din il-ġlieda. 💗

Date: Monday 26th October 2026.

Time: 09:30hrs – 17:00hrs.

Road Closure: Triq Sghajtar.

Diversion to Mosta: Route buses coming Naxxar Towards Mosta have to divert by passing from VJAL 21 TA SETTEMBRU without serving SAGHAJTAR area.



Diversion to Naxxar: Follow the same diversion for the return journey using as starting point the roundabout of SANTA MARGERITA.

ROUTES 212, 222, 225, TD13 BAHAR IC-CAGHAQ (Southbound) DIVERSION

Date: Sunday 25th October 2026.

Time: 06:30hrs – 10:00hrs.

Road Closure: Coast Road (direction Southbound).

Diversion from BUGIBBA going towards SLIEMA: Route buses will have to divert from KENNEDY DRIVE by turning right onto TRIQ IS-SALINA and will proceed to TELGHA T’ALLA U OMMU straight through GHARGHUR BY-PASS. The diversion route will continue to TRIQ TAL-BALAL and will proceed straight through SAN GWANN down towards the tunnels towards PACEVILLE to continue as the normal route to SLIEMA.

There is NO DIVERSION for the return journeys direction northbound.

Direction to St Julian’s:

ROUTE 103 COAST ROAD (Southbound) DIVERSION

Date: Sunday 25th October 2026.

Time: 06:30hrs – 10:00hrs.

Road Closure: Coast Road.

Diversion to Pembroke: Bus coming from Naxxar have to divert through SAN GWANN passing from TRIQ TAL-BALAL. Continue always straight and then go up on your left to pass through the TUNNEL that will lead you to PEMPROKE. Continue Normal route.

Bus Stops affected are: 2316 Murray, 2317 Arberry, 2318 Scott, 2319 Birguma, 2320 Ommu, 2121 Arznu, 2322 Widna, 2371 Ramla, 939 Maghtab, 1028 Caghaq, 6265 Evangelista, 1032 Kosta, 1034 Pembroke Park & Ride 1.







ROUTES X1A X299 X300 BAHAR IC-CAGHAQ (Southbound) DIVERSION

Date: Sunday 25th October 2026.

Time: 06:30hrs – 10:00hrs.

Road Closure: Coast Road (direction Southbound).

Diversion from SALINI going towards MATER DEI: Route buses will have to divert from KENNEDY DRIVE by turning right onto TRIQ IS-SALINA to TELGHA T’ALLA U OMMU and straight through GHARGHUR BY-PASS. The diversion route will continue down through IKLIN onto B’KARA BY-PASS to continue as the normal route towards UNIVERSITY/ MATERDEI.

There is NO DIVERSION direction to CIRKEWWA.

From Cirkewwa direction to Airport: 1026 Salini, 1028 Caghaq, 1032 Kosta, 1034 Pembroke P&R, 6402 Miller, 3183 Qroqq 4.







ROUTES N11 & N212 BAHAR IC-CAGHAQ DIVERSION

Date: Sunday 25th October 2026.

Time: 06:30hrs – 10:00hrs.

Road Closure: Coast Road.

Diversion from Salini: Route buses will have to divert from KENNEDY DRIVE by turning right onto TRIQ IS-SALINA and proceed to TELGHA T’ALLA U OMMU and straight through GHARGHUR BY-PASS. At the end of the road turn left to TRIQ TAL-BALAL and proceed straight towards SAN GWANN. Proceed straight along the main road in SAN GWANN down towards the tunnels. Continue by turning left into the tunnels onto TRIQ MIKIEL ANTON VASSALLI and at the traffic lights junction turn right towards PACEVILLE to continue as the normal route to SLIEMA. TD13 will continue by going down to TIGULLIO.

Diversion to Salini: Follow the same diversion. Using as starting point REGIONAL ROAD



Bus Stops affected are: 940/1026 Salini, 939/1027 Maghtab, 938/1028 Caghaq, 937/6265 Evangelisti, 933/1032 Kosta, 931 Madliena, 929/1034 Pembroke P&R, 1035 Swieqi 1, 1036 Swieqi 2.

Bejn it-12 u l-14 ta’ Ottubru, il-Kunsillier Mark Deguara rrappreżenta lill-Kunsill Lokali tan-Naxxar fi Brussell, fejn ħa sehem fil-Ġimgħa Ewropea tar-Reġjuni u l-Bliet.

Din l-esperjenza kienet possibbli grazzi għall-appoġġ tar-Reġjun Tramuntana, li permezz tiegħu seta’ jieħu sehem f’dan l-avveniment Ewropew importanti.

Between the 12 and 14 October, Councillor Mark Deguara represented Naxxar Local Council in Brussels, where he took part in the European Week of Regions and Cities.
