КУАЛА ЛУМПУР, 9 сентябри 2026. – Сафорати Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Малайзия, Ҷумҳурии Индонезия ва Шоҳигарии Таиланд ба муносибати 35-умин солгарди Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар шаҳри Куала Лумпур маросими ҷашнӣ баргузор намуд.
Дар чорабинӣ намояндагони воломақоми Малайзия, аз ҷумла Вазири ҳуқуқ ва ислоҳоти институтсионалӣ хонум Азалина Усмон Саид ба ҳайси намояндаи Ҳукумати иҷроияи Малайзия, Раиси Маҷлиси намояндагони Малайзия Ҷоҳари бин Абдул, ноиби Президенти Сенати Малайзия Нур Ҷазлан Муҳаммад, Тенгку Лаксаманаи Селангор Сулаймон Шоҳ ибни Султон Салаҳуддин Абдул Азиз Шоҳ, Тенгку Шариф Теменгонг Перлис Дато Сери Дираҷа Саид Амир Абидин Ҷамалуллайл, Тунку Муна бинти Алмаҳрум Султон Искандар Ал-Ҳаҷ, Тунку Марям Заҳра ва дигар аъзои оилаи шоҳзодагон, намояндагони вазорату идораҳои давлатӣ, корпуси дипломатии муқими Куала Лумпур, доираҳои соҳибкорӣ, муассисаҳои илмӣ ва фарҳангӣ, воситаҳои ахбори омма ва ҳамватанон аз Малайзия, Таиланд, Сингапур ва Индонезия иштирок намуданд.
Ҳамзамон, дар маросими ҷашнӣ намояндагони доираҳои соҳибкории Тоҷикистон, Малайзия, Индонезия, Таиланд ва Сингапур ҳузур дошта, иштироки онҳо ба чорабинӣ хусусияти муҳими иқтисодию тиҷоратӣ бахшид.
Намояндаи Ҳукумати иҷроияи Малайзия, Вазири ҳуқуқ ва ислоҳоти институтсионалӣ хонум Азалина Отман Саид бо таманниёти рушду нумуи минбаъда Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, Ҳукумат ва мардуми Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистонро ба муносибати 35-умин солгарди Истиқлоли давлатӣ шодбош намуд.
“35 сол дар миқёси таърихӣ шояд давраи тӯлонӣ набошад, аммо барои Тоҷикистони муосир ин давра марҳилаи муҳим ва пур аз дастовардҳои назаррас ба ҳисоб меравад”, зикр намуд сафири Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон дар Малайзия Ардашер Қодирӣ. Таъкид гардид, ки баъди ба даст овардани Истиқлоли давлатӣ дар соли 1991 Тоҷикистон бо озмоишу мушкилоти ҷиддӣ рӯ ба рӯ гардид. Бо шарофати хиради сиёсӣ таҳти роҳбарии устувори Асосгузори сулҳу ваҳдати миллӣ — Пешвои миллат, Президенти Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон муҳтарам Эмомалӣ Раҳмон, кишвар тавонист ба сулҳу суботи деринтизор ва ваҳдати миллӣ ноил гардида, роҳи барқарорсозӣ ва рушди ҳамаҷонибаро пеш гирад.
Дар идомаи суханронӣ таъкид гардид, ки баргузории ҷашни 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Тоҷикистон дар сарзамини меҳмоннавози Малайзия барои Тоҷикистон аҳаммияти хос дорад. Малайзия ҳамчун шарики боэътимод ва арзишманди Тоҷикистон дар минтақаи Осиёи Ҷанубу Шарқӣ арзёбӣ гардида, муносибатҳои ду кишвар бар пояи дӯстии мустаҳкам, эҳтироми мутақобила ва арзишҳои муштараки маънавӣ рушд мекунанд.
Зикр гардид, ки имкониятҳои нави ҳамкорӣ миёни Тоҷикистон ва Малайзия, аз ҷумла дар соҳаҳои тиҷорату сармоягузорӣ, нақлиёту логистика, саноат, фарҳанг ва робитаҳои башардӯстона, пайваста густариш меёбанд. Дар ин замина, баргузории чунин чорабиниҳо барои таҳкими робитаҳои байни халқҳо ва фароҳам овардани имкониятҳои нави ҳамкории судманд нақши муҳим дорад.
Дар суханронӣ ҳамчунин таъкид шуд, ки дипломатияи муосир пеш аз ҳама ба эҷоди пулҳои дӯстӣ миёни мардумон, татбиқи лоиҳаҳои муштарак ва ғанӣ гардонидани фарҳангҳо тавассути табодули таҷриба ва арзишҳо равона шудааст. Изҳори итминон гардид, ки дар оянда ташаббусҳои нави муштарак барои ба даст овардани натиҷаҳои мушаххас ва таҳкими минбаъдаи ҳамкориҳо миёни Осиёи Марказӣ ва Осиёи Ҷанубу Шарқӣ мусоидат хоҳанд кард.
Ҳамчунин иштирокдорони чорабинӣ ба мутолиаи мақолаҳо ва мусоҳибаҳои марбут ба дастовардҳои Тоҷикистони муосир ва муносибатҳои Тоҷикистон бо Малайзия ва дигар кишварҳои Осиёи Ҷанубу Шарқӣ, ки дар платформаҳои иттилоотии The Vibes, Business Today ва Top10Asia нашр шудаанд, даъват гардиданд.
Дар анҷом Сафири Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон ҳамаи ҳамватанонро ба муносибати 35-солагии Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон табрик намуда, ба Тоҷикистони маҳбуб сулҳу суботи пойдор, пешрафту шукуфоӣ ва дастовардҳои рӯзафзун ва ба ҳамаи иштирокдорони чорабинӣ саломатӣ, саодат ва рӯзгори нек орзу намуд.
Яке аз бахшҳои муҳими маросими ҷашнӣ намоишгоҳи молу маҳсулоти ватании Тоҷикистон ва Малайзия буд, ки дар он КВД “Тоҷинвест”, ширкатҳои “Chocolatier.tj”, “Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd”, “Global Brand Synergy Sdn Bhd”, “Lifestyle Sauces Sdn Bhd”, “Bangi Resort Hotel”, “Happy Alliance”, “SafeTalk”, “NovacDrones”, “ColaKu”, “Rasa heritage coffee”, “Polar ice cream” иштирок намуданд.
Намоишгоҳ бо мақсади муаррифии иқтидори истеҳсолӣ, содиротӣ ва сармоягузории ду кишвар ва фароҳам овардани имконият барои ба роҳ мондани робитаҳои мустақим миёни намояндагони бахши хусусӣ ташкил гардид.
Дар гӯшаи Тоҷикистон меҳмонон бо намунаҳои маҳсулоти ватании дорои иқтидори содиротӣ шинос шуданд. Муаррифии маҳсулоти миллӣ имкон дод, ки меҳмонон на танҳо бо сифату гуногунии маҳсулоти Тоҷикистон ошно гарданд, балки дар бораи имкониятҳои истеҳсолӣ ва сармоягузории кишвар маълумоти бештар ба даст оранд.
Дар ин замина миёни намояндагони КВД “Тоҷинвест” ва соҳибкорони минтақаи Осиёи Ҷанубу Шарқӣ, ки дар намоишгоҳ иштирок намуданд, суҳбатҳои мустақим доир ба масъалаҳои мавриди таваҷҷуҳи тарафайн доир гардид.
Иштироки намояндагони бахши хусусии Малайзия, Индонезия, Таиланд ва Сингапур, ҳамчунин тоҷикони муқими ин минтақа барои муаррифии имкониятҳои Тоҷикистон ҳамчун шарики боэътимоди иқтисодӣ ва сармоягузорӣ заминаи мусоид фароҳам овард.
Ҳамзамон, дар доираи пазироӣ ба имкониятҳои рушди ҳамкориҳо дар соҳаҳои саноат, энергетика, кишоварзӣ, коркарди маҳсулоти кишоварзӣ, логистика, сайёҳӣ ва дигар самтҳои афзалиятноки иқтисодӣ таваҷҷуҳ навори видеоӣ пешкаш гардид.
Қисмати дигари муҳими чорабинӣ ба муаррифии таърих, тамаддун ва фарҳанги бостонии тоҷикон бахшида шуд. Ба ин мақсад дар маҳалли баргузории чорабинӣ гӯшаи махсуси фарҳангии Тоҷикистон ташкил гардид. Дар он намунаҳои либосҳои миллии тоҷикӣ, ҳунарҳои мардумӣ, ашёи дастӣ ва унсурҳои фарҳанги суннатии тоҷикон ба намоиш гузошта шуданд.
Либосҳои миллӣ бо гуногунрангӣ, нақшу нигори хоси минтақаҳои гуногуни Тоҷикистон ва тарзи дӯхти суннатии худ таваҷҷуҳи меҳмононро ба худ ҷалб намуданд. Тавассути ин намоиш меҳмонон имкон пайдо карданд, ки бо яке аз ҷанбаҳои муҳими фарҳанги миллии тоҷикон, ки дар тӯли садсолаҳо аз насл ба насл интиқол ёфтааст, аз наздик шинос шаванд.
Дар намоиш ҳамчунин китоб таҳти унвони «Pemimpin Dipinggir Sejarah» («Роҳбарон дар канори таърих»), ки муаллифаш Ҳусам Муса, собиқ сенатори Девони Негараи Малайзия аст, ба таваҷҷуҳи меҳмонон манзур гардид.
Китоби мазкур таассуроти муаллифро аз сафараш ба Тоҷикистон, мардуми он ва мероси ғании таърихию фарҳангӣ инъикос менамояд. Китоби «Роҳбарон дар канори таърих» нахустин китоб ба забони малайӣ мебошад, ки дар бораи Тоҷикистон ва мероси таърихии он дар замони муосир маълумоти фарогир пешниҳод менамояд ва ба баланд бардоштани сатҳи огоҳӣ ва дарки Тоҷикистон дар миёни хонандагони малайзабон мусоидат мекунад.
Дар идомаи чорабинӣ барномаи фарҳангии махсус ташкил карда шуд, ки фазои маросимро боз ҳам рангин ва хотирмон гардонид. Дар доираи барнома намоиши либосҳои миллӣ, иҷрои рақсҳои тоҷикӣ ва сурудҳои миллӣ пешкаши меҳмонон гардид. Намоишҳои фарҳангӣ бо истифода аз унсурҳои мусиқӣ ва рақсии суннатии тоҷикӣ хусусияти хоси фарҳанги Тоҷикистонро инъикос намуда, таваҷҷуҳи ҳозиринро ба мероси бойи фарҳангии кишвар ҷалб карданд.
Муаррифии фарҳанги Тоҷикистон дар чунин чорабиниҳои байналмилалӣ ҳамчун воситаи муассири муколамаи байнифарҳангӣ, таҳкими дӯстӣ миёни халқҳо ва густариши робитаҳои гуманитарӣ аҳамияти хос дорад. Баргузории ҳамзамони намоиши маҳсулоти миллӣ ва барномаи фарҳангӣ имкон дод, ки Тоҷикистон ба меҳмонон ҳамчун кишвари дорои иқтидори иқтисодӣ, фарҳанги ғанӣ ва имкониятҳои васеи ҳамкории байналмилалӣ муаррифӣ гардад.
Аз ҷумла, муаррифии ҳунарҳои мардумӣ ва маҳсулоти миллӣ метавонад барои рушди робитаҳои тиҷоратӣ дар соҳаи ҳунарҳои дастӣ, саноати сабук, маҳсулоти фарҳангӣ ва сайёҳӣ имкониятҳои нав фароҳам оварад.
Ҳамин тариқ, пазироии расмӣ на танҳо ба таҷлили ҷашни 35-умин солгарди Истиқлоли давлатии Ҷумҳурии Тоҷикистон бахшида шуда, балки ба як минбари муҳими муаррифии Тоҷикистон, имкониятҳои иқтисодию сармоягузорӣ, маҳсулоти миллӣ, таъриху фарҳанг ва иқтидори сайёҳии кишвар табдил ёфт.
Баргузории чунин чорабиниҳо дар шаҳри Куала Лумпур барои таҳкими муносибатҳои дӯстона ва ҳамкории мутақобилан судманд миёни Тоҷикистон ва Малайзия, инчунин рушди робитаҳо бо дигар кишварҳои Осиёи Ҷанубу Шарқӣ аҳамияти муҳим дорад.
35 соли Истиқлоли давлатӣ – марҳилаи созандагӣ, рушди устувор ва таҳкими мақоми Тоҷикистон дар ҷомеаи байналмилалӣ мебошад.

KUALA LUMPUR, 9 September 2026. – The Embassy of the Republic of Tajikistan in Malaysia, the Republic of Indonesia and the Kingdom of Thailand hosted a commemorative reception in Kuala Lumpur on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan.
The event was attended by senior representatives of Malaysia, including YB Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform) representing the Government of Malaysia, Tan Sri Johari bin Abdul, Speaker of the House of Representatives of Malaysia and Senator Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed, Deputy President of the Senate of Malaysia, Y.A.M. Tengku Sulaiman Shah Ibni Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, YAM Tengku Syarif Temenggong Perlis Dato Seri Diraja Syed Amir Abidin Jamalullail, YAM Paduka Puteri Tunku Muna binti Almarhum Sultan Iskandar Al-Haj, YAM Tunku Mariam Zaharah and other members of royal families of Selangor, Perlis and Johor. Representatives of Malaysian ministries and government agencies, the diplomatic corps accredited in Kuala Lumpur, business, academic and cultural communities, media representatives, and Tajik nationals and members of the Tajik community from Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore and Indonesia also attended the reception.
At the same time, representatives of the business communities of Tajikistan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore participated in the reception, adding an important economic and business dimension to the event.
Her Excellency Ms. Azalina Othman Said, Minister of Law and Institutional Reform of Malaysia, on behalf of the Government of Malaysia, conveyed her congratulations to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, His Excellency Mr. Emomali Rahmon, the Government, and the people of the Republic of Tajikistan on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of State Independence, wishing them continued prosperity and development.
“Thirty-five years may be a relatively short period in historical terms, but for modern Tajikistan it represents an entire era of remarkable achievements”, said H.E. Mr. Ardasher Qodiri, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan to Malaysia. He emphasized that following the attainment of State Independence in 1991, Tajikistan faced serious challenges and difficulties. Thanks to political wisdom and the firm leadership of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, H.E. Mr. Emomali Rahmon, the country succeeded in establishing long-awaited peace and national unity and embarked on a path of reconstruction and sustainable development.
The Ambassador further emphasized that the celebration of the 35th Anniversary of Tajikistan’s State Independence in hospitable Malaysia holds special significance for Tajikistan. Malaysia was described as a reliable and valuable partner of Tajikistan in Southeast Asia, with bilateral relations developing on the basis of strong friendship, mutual respect and shared spiritual values.
It was noted that new opportunities for cooperation between Tajikistan and Malaysia are continuously expanding, particularly in the areas of trade and investment, transport and logistics, industry, culture and humanitarian ties. In this regard, such events play an important role in strengthening people-to-people relations and creating new opportunities for mutually beneficial cooperation.
The Ambassador also stressed that modern diplomacy is primarily aimed at building bridges of friendship among peoples, implementing joint projects, and enriching cultures through the exchange of experience and values. Confidence was expressed that new joint initiatives in the future would contribute to achieving concrete results and further strengthening cooperation between Central Asia and Southeast Asia.
Participants were also invited to explore articles and interviews highlighting the achievements of modern Tajikistan and Tajikistan’s relations with Malaysia and other Southeast Asian countries, published on the information platforms The Vibes, Business Today and Top10Asia.
At the conclusion of his remarks, the Ambassador congratulated all Tajik nationals on the occasion of the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, wishing beloved Tajikistan lasting peace and stability, continued progress and prosperity, and ever greater achievements, while extending wishes of good health, happiness and well-being to all participants of the reception.
One of the important components of the reception was an exhibition of national products from Tajikistan and Malaysia, featuring the participation of the SUE “Tajinvest” and the companies “Chocolatier.tj,” “Julie’s Manufacturing Sdn Bhd,” “Global Brand Synergy Sdn Bhd,” “Lifestyle Sauces Sdn Bhd,” “Bangi Resort Hotel,” “Happy Alliance,” “SafeTalk,” “NovacDrones,” and “ColaKu”, “Rasa heritage coffee”, “Polar ice cream”.
The exhibition was organized with the aim of showcasing the production, export and investment potential of both countries and creating opportunities for establishing direct contacts among representatives of the private sector.
At the Tajikistan pavilion, guests were introduced to a range of nationally produced goods with export potential. The presentation of Tajik national products enabled guests not only to learn about the quality and diversity of products from Tajikistan, but also to gain a better understanding of the country’s production and investment opportunities.
In this context, representatives of the State Unitary Enterprise “TajInvest” held direct discussions with representatives of Southeast Asian business communities participating in the exhibition on matters of mutual interest.
The participation of private-sector representatives from Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Singapore, as well as members of the Tajik community residing in the region, created a favourable platform for promoting Tajikistan as a reliable economic and investment partner.
At the same time, a video presentation highlighting opportunities for cooperation in industry, energy, agriculture, agro-processing, logistics, tourism and other priority economic sectors was screened during the reception.
Another important component of the event was dedicated to presenting the history, civilization and ancient cultural heritage of the Tajik people. For this purpose, a special cultural corner of Tajikistan was arranged at the venue, featuring traditional Tajik national costumes, handicrafts, handmade items and elements of traditional Tajik culture.
The national costumes attracted considerable attention from guests through their rich diversity, distinctive patterns representing different regions of Tajikistan, and traditional tailoring techniques. The exhibition provided guests with an opportunity to become acquainted with an important aspect of Tajik national culture that has been preserved and passed down from generation to generation over centuries.
The book “Pemimpin Dipinggir Sejarah” (“Leaders at the Edge of History”), authored by Hussam Musa, former Senator of the Dewan Negara of Malaysia, was also presented to guests.
The book reflects the author’s impressions of his visit to Tajikistan, its people and its rich historical and cultural heritage. “Leaders at the Edge of History” is the first book in the Malay language to provide comprehensive coverage of Tajikistan and its historical heritage in the contemporary era, contributing to greater awareness and understanding of Tajikistan among Malay-speaking readers.
A special cultural programme was also organized as part of the event, further enriching the atmosphere and making the reception memorable. The programme featured a presentation of national costumes, traditional Tajik dances and national songs. The cultural performances, incorporating elements of traditional Tajik music and dance, reflected the distinctive character of Tajik culture and attracted the attention of guests to the country’s rich cultural heritage.
The presentation of Tajikistan’s culture at such international events serves as an effective instrument of intercultural dialogue, strengthening friendship among peoples and expanding humanitarian ties. The simultaneous presentation of national products and cultural performances enabled Tajikistan to be showcased to guests as a country with significant economic potential, a rich cultural heritage and broad opportunities for international cooperation.
In particular, the presentation of traditional handicrafts and national products can create new opportunities for developing trade relations in the fields of handicrafts, light industry, cultural products and tourism.
Thus, the official reception was not only dedicated to celebrating the 35th Anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, but also served as an important platform for showcasing Tajikistan, its economic and investment opportunities, national products, history and culture, and tourism potential.
The organization of such events in Kuala Lumpur is of significant importance for strengthening friendly relations and mutually beneficial cooperation between Tajikistan and Malaysia, as well as for further developing relations with other countries of Southeast Asia.
