Life Flight is called approximately every six hours to provide urgent medical care across New Zealand, 24/7.

Cardiac arrests, motor vehicle accidents, premature babies needing specialist care, search and rescue, and more. For many of the people they fly, that mission is the difference between life and death.

To keep doing that work, Life Flight relies on the support of donors and communities across New Zealand.

This month, DX Mail is proud to be part of making that connection happen, with up to 20,000 envelopes making their way across New Zealand, each one carrying the Life Flight message to the people who help make every mission possible.

As part of the Freightways family of brands, the support runs deeper than the mailout. DX Mail gets the message to Life Flight's supporters, while our sister company, Fieldair keeps their fleet of air ambulances maintained and mission-ready. Two brands, working behind the scenes, for a cause that matters to every community across New Zealand.

Behind every delivery is something important to someone. Our trucks roll out, our drivers hit the road, and each letter helps connect businesses, families, and communities right across New Zealand.

That's what this is really about. Not just the logistics, but the people on both ends of every delivery. The ones sending, and the ones waiting.

For over 40 years, DX Mail has been part of the everyday fabric of communities right across New Zealand. And every morning when that truck pulls out of the depot, we get to do it all over again.

Recently, teams from around the country came together with WorkSafe Advisory Services for practical workshops focused on real scenarios, real conversations, and the kinds of situations people face on the road every day.

Because getting the job done safely matters for our teams and everyone around them.

A strong safety culture isn't built through posters or paperwork.
It's built through people showing up, asking questions, sharing experiences, and taking it seriously.

As our Customer Services Team Leader, Tiresa has spent three decades making sure our customers get the support they need and leading a team that takes real pride in getting things right. Steady under pressure, practical in her approach, and someone her team and customers can always count on.

What keeps her going after all this time? In her own words, it's the relationships, the teamwork, and the opportunity to help others. Knowing she's made a real difference to someone's day, that's what it's all about.

We believe every person who walks through our doors or onto our routes deserves to feel safe, valued, and seen. That's not just a value on a wall. It's how we show up for each other, every day.

What a day on the green! ⛳

DX Mail was proud to sponsor the Macleans College Annual Golf Day Fundraiser alongside Dataprint.

This was a fantastic event supporting the school's Sport Programme, bringing together businesses, community supporters, and competitive golfers for a great cause.

18 holes, great company, and all in support of something that really matters. Investing in young people and schools that shape them is always something we're happy to be a part of.

🔹Keep accessways clear and trees and hedges maintained.
🔹Be mindful of surfaces for our team trying to deliver to your letterbox, like pathways and driveways.
🔹These areas go a long way in giving our posties the space they need to move safely and are very much appreciated.
