In 2013 Marisco Vineyards purchased the iconic Leefield Station, steeped in history this beautiful land embodies the spirit of the region. The drive, tenacity and vision of its owners, past and present, have created a remarkable working farm. Now the addition of an evolving vineyard park, harmoniously respecting the land and its origins, is further tying the Marris family to Leefield Station - the toil of generations continuing a true legacy, now and into the future. Leefield Sauvignon Blanc 2016 is the celebration of the history combined with the legacy of the Marris family a truly memorable wine that embodies the spirit of Marlborough.

At Leefield Station, it’s all about making the most of what we have. From our vines to the land beneath them, every part plays its role.

Our sheep are right at home grazing between the vineyard rows, helping keep things tidy while making the most of the land.

We've said goodbye to Winter here at Leefield Station. 🌱

Across the farm and vineyards, the landscape is beginning to stir. The vines are waking from their winter rest, new growth is on the horizon, and another season is underway.

Every harvest starts here - with the land, the people who care for it, and a commitment to doing things properly.
