Kia ora, my name is Nina Harris.
Having experienced my own supervision as a Team Leader for 24-7 Youth Workers I knew that Professional Supervision was an area I wanted to expand my skills in to help others in their own mahi. Reflective practise, a key element of supervision sessions is key to helping yourself become more equiped to serve others in the field you are in and to do that mahi sustainably. For me, my passion is helping people to weave the different elements of their life and work into an understandable story so that they can see the next steps more clearly.
