PLANING GOILALA FROM WARD LEVEL UP - CLAUDE AI.

If we are to smartly and strategically plan service delivery and development across Goilala District, we have to start at a Council WARD LEVEL.

Goilala District has 3 LLGs - Local Level Government. The 3 LLGs are:

HIRE VEHICLES.

GOILALA DDA BOUGHT VEHICLES BROKEN DOWN.

Goilala DDA under the reign of Hon William Samb bought fleet of vehicles for LLG Presidents, Project Officer and Public servants.

2015 - 2017.
3 x open back land cruisers for 3 LLG Presidents.

GDDA made the decision to let President to own the vehicle once his term ends.

Beside Joe Geru and Patrick Bauai, Keleto Kope is still.holding onto his to date.

2017 - 2022.

3 x Harrier vehicles was bought for next 3 Presidents that were elected.

Beside Noel.Manai and Buro Amenai, Fabian Aia is still holding his vehicle to date.

Project Vehicles bought include the 10 seater bought for Michael Atuai to assist with Project work.

A 10 seater was bought for Jerry Tamatai when he was District CEO.

Another open back land cruiser was bought for Kisito Samuel as LLG Manager support vehicle.

A open back land cruiser was bought for Casmiro Aia for Dubbuy Road Project.

Another open back was bought as Admin support vehicle driven by Nick Apo.

A 10 seater was bought for Tapini Hausik.

IN 2022 a open back land cruiser was bought and given to Anthony Morant (BGN 107) for Project support.

Same year a 10 seater (BGN 995) was bought and held.for new incoming Member.

Beside vehicles, GDDA also bought earth moving machines from.XCMG. Some of.these machines were deployed to Dubbuy road Project. While some were deployed to Mons Highway.

QUESTION.
WHERE ARE ALL THESE ASSETS NOW?

Since 2025, most of current GDDA operations are done using HIRE VEHICLES.

Road works on Mona HW and Dubuy Road has ceased or halted since 2024.

When Casmiro Aia got elected in 2022, his DDA has not bought a vehicle at all.
