Persons with Disability Affairs Office-Baguio City The issuance of PWD I.D is transferred from City Social Welfare and Development Office to PDAO since April of 2019.

Persons with Disability Affairs Office - Baguio is created pursuant to R.A. 10070 to ensure the implementation of programs and services for Persons With Disability, established in the City of Baguio October of 2018. You may visit the office or email us for any complaint and/or inquiries in relation to persons with disabilities.

The National Disability Rights Week was launched during the Local Council on Disability Affairs quarterly meeting, followed by update on the proposed ordinances, discussion of programs from DICT, DTI, and other members of LCDA. The Baguio City Federation of Persons With Disability, was also introduced as a partner.
