For the past week, we have gone through an intensive assessment of our 1st semester performance under the ARBDSP of the Department of Agrarian Reform, Philippines as implemented by the Support Services Office.

We reviewed our accomplishments, examined our physical and financial performance, identified a few bottlenecks, and more importantly, discussed our catch-up plans for the 2nd semester.

Salamat to all our Regional and Provincial Offices for your presentations and active participation. Looking at the reports presented, one thing became very clear — we have been working hard, and many good practices have emerged.

Let us continue to FARM with our ARBs, BUILD with our ARBOs and GROW with our ARCs as guided by our Boss Sec Conrado Estrella III.

Alinsunod sa Memorandum Circular No. 122 S. 2026, ipinaaalam sa publiko na suspendido ang operasyon ng DAR Central Office at ng mga DAR Regional at Provincial Offices na matatagpuan sa mga lugar na saklaw ng nasabing Memorandum Circular ngayong Huwebes, Agosto 6, 2026.

Dahil dito, pansamantalang hindi magkakaroon ng serbisyo ang mga tanggapan ng DAR sa mga sumusunod na lugar:

Gibalita ni Presidente Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. atol sa iyang ika-5 nga State of the Nation Address (SONA) nga padayon ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) sa pagpalig-on sa katungod sa yuta ug panginabuhian sa mga mag-uuma sa Caraga.

Naghatag og bag-ong paglaum ug mas lig-on nga kasiguruhan sa pagpanag-iya sa yuta ang Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) ngadto sa liboan ka mga mag-uuma sa rehiyon pinaagi sa pagpanghatag og electronic land titles (e-Titles), Regular Certificates of Land Ownership Award (CLOAs), Certificates of Condonation with Release of Mortgage (CoCROM), ug mga makinarya ug ekipo sa pang-uma atol sa usa ka dako nga convergence activity nga gipahigayon sa Vicente T. Pimentel Jr. memorial gymnasium niadtong bulan sa Hunyo 2026.

Kapin sa 4,300 ka agrarian reform beneficiaries (ARBs) ang nakadawat og e-Titles nga naglangkob sa kapin 10,000 ka ektarya nga yuta, samtang kapin sa 6,100 ka ARBs usab ang nakabenepisyo sa CoCROM Program, nga naghatag og kahupayan pinaagi sa pagpasaylo sa ilang mga utang.

Sa kanyang 2026 State of the Nation Address, binigyang-diin ni Pangulong Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr. ang patuloy na suporta ng Department of Agrarian Reform sa mga agrarian reform beneficiaries sa pamamagitan ng mga programang pang-imprastraktura, makinarya, irigasyon, at pautang.

Ang pahayag na ito ay nagpapatibay sa layunin ng DAR na hindi lamang magbigay ng lupa, kundi tiyakin ding may mga serbisyong magpapataas ng ani, kita, at kalidad ng pamumuhay ng mga benepisyaryo ng repormang agraryo.

Patuloy ang DAR sa paghahatid ng mga programang nagbibigay-lakas sa ating mga benepisyaryo tungo sa isang mas produktibo at masaganang sektor ng agrikultura.
