🐾 MANDATORY ONLINE REGISTRATION OF ANIMAL FACILITIES AND RELATED ESTABLISHMENTS PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF MAYOR'S / BUSINESS PERMIT.

The Municipal Government of Balamban, through the Business Permits and Licensing Office (BPLO), reminds all concerned business owners and operators of animal facilities and related establishments to comply with the applicable registration requirements pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 2016-12.
This advisory covers concerned establishments such as:

⛽ INSPECTION OF GASOLINE STATIONS

The Business Permit and Licensing Section of the Municipal Treasurer's Office conducted inspections of the gasoline pumps of 16 gasoline stations in the Municipality of Balamban.

The inspection aims to verify compliance with business permit requirements and help ensure that fuel dispensing equipment is properly maintained and operated.

The Municipal Government of Balamban remains committed to promoting regulatory compliance and protecting the welfare of the public.

The Business Permits and Licensing Section of the Municipal Treasurer's Office together with the Market Operations Office, Marshall and PNP personnel implemented the closure of business stalls in the Balamban Public Market that failed to comply with the Business Permits requirements despite prior notices and the opportunity to comply.
