Our 1,953 undergraduate and graduate honor students were recognized yesterday, May 13, 2026, during the Honors and Awards Convocation Program 2026 held at the VSU Gymnatorium for their dedication, resilience, and commitment throughout their academic journey as Viscans.

Adding inspiration to the celebration, we were very glad to have with us VSU alumnus and fellow Dr. Rolly G. Fuentes, Professor and Chairman of the Division of Natural Resources and Mathematics at UP Tacloban College, who served as the guest speaker and shared words of encouragement to the awardees as they continue their journey toward excellence.
