The VSU Gender and Development Office has turned over a copy of From HerStory and Beyond: Five Decades of the Philippine Commission on Women, published by the Philippine Commission on Women (PCW), now available for display at the GAD Corner of the University Learning Commons!

This coffee table book traces 50 years of the PCW's journey (formerly the National Commission on the Role of Filipino Women) in advancing gender equality across the country, a story of history, of herstory, and of the nation as a whole.

The University Learning Commons welcomed its newest batch of Student Assistants during their orientation last Thursday, August 13, led by Ms. Sheira May Camacho.

The orientation walked everyone through the do's and don'ts of the job, office rules, duties, and what's expected of them as they take on their roles at the ULC.
