Have you ever wondered how the delicious mazapan de pili is made? It all begins with patience, skill, and traditional craftsmanship.

๐Ÿ”ฅ The pili nuts are first blanched over a woodfire for one to two minutes, making it easier to remove their skins. Once skinned, the nuts are carefully ground using a meat grinder until they reach the desired texture.

๐Ÿฏ Then comes the preparation of the syrup, followed by one of the most important steps and that is the constant and vigorous stirring.

Students from different schools stepped into the world of art at the Ladawan Arts Exhibit at Balay Samarnon, where they had the unique opportunity to meet and interact with talented local artists.

The highlight of the experience? Becoming the artists' live sketch subjects! Watching each portrait come to life stroke by stroke was both exciting and inspiring. Smiles lit up their faces as they admired the finished sketches, making the experience one they'll surely remember.
