Continuous learning and regular skills enhancement are essential in maintaining operational readiness.
The personnel of Tigbauan Fire Station, headed by FINSP AUGEE P VILLANUEVA, conducted Skills Refresher on Drills and Ceremony to reinforce proper bearing, discipline, teamwork, and uniformity in the performance of official formations and ceremonial functions dated 03 August 2026.
Regular refresher training helps firefighters maintain professionalism, improve coordination, and uphold the highest standards of service expected from members of the BFP. Through continuous practice, personnel remain prepared to respond with confidence, precision, and disciplineโboth during ceremonies and emergency operations.
