In accordance with ๐ข๐ฉ๐ฃ๐๐ ๐ ๐ฒ๐บ๐ผ๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐๐บ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ฌ๐ฐ, ๐ฆ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฒ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฒ, and in view of recent LGU issuances on the cancellation of face-to-face classes, the following arrangements shall be observed:
All regular class sessions shall be conducted through online asynchronous modality, except for examinations and academic programs specifically identified in the memorandum.
For the Institute of Computer Studies, Institute of Engineering and Technology, Basa Air BaseโPalmayo Campus, and MBEAB Campus, affected major examinations shall be conducted on-site on August 17โ18, 2026, while all other classes shall be held online asynchronously. For the Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences and Fernando Air Base Campus, classes from August 17โ20, 2026 shall likewise be conducted online.
Students are reminded to follow their prescribed schedules, monitor announcements from their respective instructors and academic units, and complete all requirements within the given timelines. Graduate thesis defenses shall proceed as scheduled, subject to the approved schedule and coordination.
All concerned faculty members shall continue their academic and institutional duties under the prescribed arrangements.
