During the session, Sis. Mendoza shared an inspiring message on the topic, "Respect for the Truth," anchored on Proverbs 20:6. The discussion highlighted the significance of trustworthiness, integrity, consistency, confidentiality, and building meaningful relationshipsโ€”qualities that define an effective and ethical public servant. Participants were reminded that trust is earned through faithfulness in both small and great responsibilities, as emphasized in Luke 16:10 and Proverbs 11:13, while Proverbs 17:17 underscored the value of genuine relationships in strengthening trust, unity, and teamwork.

The activity encouraged personnel to reflect on the importance of living with honesty, safeguarding confidentiality, and faithfully carrying out their duties with integrityโ€”even when no one is watching. Through initiatives such as SWIM, AVSEU 7 continues to strengthen the spiritual, moral, and professional values of its personnel in pursuit of excellence and dedicated public service.
