RHU Linamon ends the week on a high note! 💚

As part of the LGU Linamon Regular Friday Wellness Activity, the RHU Linamon family ended the week with an exciting game of Giant Volleyball from 3:00–5:00 PM.

Activities like these promote teamwork, camaraderie, and a healthy work-life balance while encouraging everyone to stay active and healthy.

Work hard, stay healthy, and have fun together. Have a healthy weekend everyone 🥰

LINAMON CELEBRATES NATIONAL NUTRITION MONTH 2026 💚💚

“Sa PPAN: Sama-sama sa Nutrisyong Sapat para sa Lahat! Nutrisyon at Kalikasan, Ating Pangalagaan!”

The Rural Health Unit (RHU) Linamon, headed by Dr. Anna Maria A. Arnado, successfully conducted the National Nutrition Month 2026 Culmination Program, bringing together barangays, health workers, and community partners in promoting proper nutrition, healthy living, and food security.

The celebration featured nutrition exhibits, healthy local recipes, and fresh agricultural produce, highlighting the importance of nutritious, affordable, and locally available food for every family. We also extend our sincere appreciation to our Doctor to the Barrio (DTTB), Dr. Nashibah Bint-Alicaya, for sharing valuable knowledge through her inspiring lecture on nutrition.

Ang inyong partisipasyon usa ka dakong lakang aron mapalambo ang kahibalo, mapugngan ang HIV transmission, ug mapakunhod ang stigma sa atong komunidad.

Thank you sd kaayo kang Mr. Cyril D. Kilat, ang atong resource speaker, sa pagpaambit sa iyang kahibalo ug paghatag og makabuluhang diskusyon bahin sa HIV awareness, prevention, ug sa importansya sa confidential counseling. Dako ang among pagpasalamat sa imong oras ug dedikasyon. 🥰

We are truly grateful for the two (2) Balikbayan boxes containing valuable medical supplies that will greatly benefit the patients and services of RHU Linamon. The donation was officially received by our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Anna Maria A. Arnado.

Our sincere appreciation also goes to Kag. Jong Jong Ozarraga, Kag. Bogz Alfeche, and Kag. Dodo Lacida for taking the time and effort to deliver the two boxes safely to our office.
