TWO HVI ARRESTED IN HERMOSA, BATAAN; ₱340,000 WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU SEIZED

Joint elements of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP DEG SOU 3), together with the Hermosa Municipal Police Station, Regional Intelligence Unit 3 (RIU 3), and in coordination with PDEA Region 3, conducted a buy-bust operation in De Mesa Village, Brgy. JRC Mandama, Hermosa, Bataan on September 23, 2026.

The operation resulted in the arrest of two individuals classified as High Value Individuals (HVI) and the confiscation of suspected shabu with a Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱340,000.00.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of PLTCOL ROMMEL C LABALAN, OIC, SOU 3, with PLT ROMMEL G LINGAD leading the operating team.

The seized drug evidence, along with other confiscated items, will undergo proper documentation and turnover to the appropriate forensic unit, while the arrested individuals will be turned over to the Hermosa Municipal Police Station for proper disposition.

The PNP DEG SOU 3 continues to support the enforcement of Republic Act No. 9165, in coordination with partner law enforcement agencies and stakeholders.

HVI ARRESTED IN SAN JOSE DEL MONTE

A High-Value Individual (HVI) identified was arrested in a joint buy-bust operation conducted in Brgy. Kaypian, San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan, on September 17, 2026.

The operation was conducted by joint elements of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP DEG SOU 3), together with the San Jose del Monte City Police Station, ACOP, IMEG RO3, and PDEA RO3.

The seized drug evidence was inventoried at the place of operation in the presence of required witnesses and will be submitted to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for appropriate examination.

The arrested suspect will be temporarily turned over to the San Jose del Monte City Police Station for proper disposition.

The operation utilized one Body-Worn Camera and one Alternative Recording Device (ARD) in accordance with operational procedures.

PNP DEG SOU 3 remains committed to the relentless enforcement of Republic Act No. 9165 and the continuing campaign against illegal drugs.

All persons are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

TWO HIGH-VALUE INDIVIDUALS ARRESTED IN MARIVELES, BATAAN; ₱380,800 WORTH OF SUSPECTED SHABU SEIZED

MARIVELES, BATAAN — Joint elements of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP DEG SOU 3), together with the Mariveles Municipal Police Station, IMEG RO3, PDEU Bataan, and PDEA Bataan, conducted a buy-bust operation in Brgy. Alion, Mariveles, Bataan, which resulted in the arrest of two (2) High-Value Individuals (HVIs) for violation of Republic Act No. 9165, otherwise known as the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002.

The operation was led by PLT REX P GING-AWAN under the supervision of PLTCOL ROMMEL C LABALAN, OIC, SOU 3, in coordination with the participating law enforcement units.

Confiscated during the operation were suspected shabu and other pieces of evidence, with the total confiscated suspected shabu having an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱380,800.00.

The successful operation highlights the continuing efforts of law enforcement agencies to disrupt the activities of High-Value Individuals involved in the illegal drug trade and protect communities from the harmful effects of illegal drugs.

The confiscated drug evidence was turned over to the appropriate forensic unit for examination, while the arrested individuals were placed under the custody of the concerned police station for proper disposition.

PNP DEG SOU 3 ARRESTS HIGH VALUE INDIVIDUAL IN ANGELES CITY

LOOK | Joint elements of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP DEG SOU 3), together with the City Drug Enforcement Unit of Angeles City, Regional Intelligence Unit 3 – Pampanga Provincial Intelligence Team, and the Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA) Region 3, successfully conducted a buy-bust operation on September 15, 2026, in Barangay Pampang, Angeles City, Pampanga.

The operation resulted in the arrest of a 26-year-old male suspect classified as a High Value Individual (HVI) in the illegal drug trade.

Authorities confiscated suspected shabu, with an estimated street drug price of ₱340,000, along with the buy-bust money and other pieces of evidence.

The operation was conducted under the supervision of PLTCOL ROMMEL C LABALAN, OIC, SOU 3, with the operating team led by PLT ROMMEL G LINGAD.

The marking and inventory of the confiscated items were conducted at the place of arrest in the presence of required witnesses. HIGH-VALUE INDIVIDUAL ARRESTED IN ANTI-ILLEGAL DRUGS OPERATION

SUBIC, ZAMBALES — The Philippine National Police Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP DEG SOU 3), under the supervision of PCOL ARIEL A CAPOCAO, Commander, SOU 3, in coordination with the Subic Municipal Police Station, IMEG RO3, PDEU Zambales, and PDEA Zambales, successfully conducted an anti-illegal drugs buy-bust operation in Brgy. Calapacuan, Subic, Zambales.

The operation resulted in the arrest of a High-Value Individual (HVI) and the confiscation of suspected shabu with an estimated street value of ₱442,000.00.

The confiscated drug evidence was properly marked and inventoried in the presence of required witnesses and will be subjected to appropriate forensic examination and legal proceedings.

The arrested individual and seized evidence were turned over to the appropriate authorities for proper disposition.

HVI ARRESTED IN SUBIC, ZAMBALES; ₱442,000 WORTH OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED

SUBIC, ZAMBALES — A buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit 3 (SOU 3) resulted in the arrest of a High-Value Individual (HVI) in Sitio Mapanao, Brgy. Asinan Proper, Subic, Zambales, at about 5:40 PM on August 15, 2026.

The operation resulted in the confiscation of illegal drugs, with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) value of ₱442,000.

The operation was carried out by PNP DEG SOU 3 led by PLT REX P. GING-AWAN, under the supervision of PCOL ARIEL A. CAPOCAO, SOU 3 Commander, in coordination with the Subic Municipal Police Station, IMEG RO3, PDEU Zambales, Maritime Unit III, and PDEA Zambales.

The seized drug evidence was properly marked and inventoried in the presence of required witnesses and will be submitted for forensic examination. The arrested suspect was subsequently turned over to the appropriate police unit for proper disposition.

HVI ARRESTED IN SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CITY; ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED

SAN JOSE DEL MONTE CITY, BULACAN — A joint buy-bust operation conducted by operatives of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group Special Operations Unit 3 (SOU 3), together with the San Jose Del Monte City Police Station, IMEG RO3, and PDEA RO3, resulted in the arrest of a High Value Individual (HVI) in Brgy. Grace Ville, San Jose Del Monte City, Bulacan, at about 12:44 AM of August 13, 2026.

Confiscated during the operation were illegal drugs, along with the buy-bust money and one cellular phone.

The marking and inventory of the seized items were conducted at the place of operation in the presence of the required witnesses, including a media representative, elected public official, and DOJ representative.

The confiscated drug evidence will be turned over to the Bulacan Provincial Forensic Unit for examination, while the arrested individual was brought to the San Jose Del Monte City Police Station for proper disposition.

HVI ARRESTED IN OLONGAPO CITY; ₱4.08 MILLION WORTH OF ILLEGAL DRUGS SEIZED

A High-Value Individual (HVI) was arrested by operatives of the PNP Drug Enforcement Group – Special Operations Unit 3 (PNP-DEG SOU 3) during a successful buy-bust operation conducted along Anonas Street, West Bajac-Bajac, Olongapo City, Zambales, at 11:15 PM on July 26, 2026.

The operation was led by PNP-DEG SOU 3 under the supervision of PCOL ARIEL A. CAPOCAO, in coordination with Olongapo City Police Station 1, CDEU Olongapo, IMEG Regional Office 3, and PDEA Regional Office 3.

Authorities confiscated approximately 600 grams of suspected shabu with an estimated Standard Drug Price (SDP) of ₱4,080,000.00, along with buy-bust money, a mobile phone, and other non-drug evidence.

The suspect will face charges for Violation of Republic Act No. 9165 (Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002). The seized drug evidence will be submitted to the appropriate forensic laboratory for examination, while the arrested individual is under police custody pending the filing of appropriate charges.
