The City Treasurer's Office of Mabalacat reminds all real property owners that the Real Property Tax Amnesty under Republic Act No. 12001 (RPVARA) will end on 05 JULY 2026 (Sunday). Since the said deadline falls on a weekend, payments for amnesty will still be accommodated up until July 06, 2026 (Monday).

Property owners with unpaid Real Property Tax obligations are encouraged to plan their transactions accordingly and settle their accounts on or before the deadline to avail of the amnesty benefits provided under the said law.

We encourage taxpayers to take advantage of this opportunity and are likewise reminded that the amnesty benefits will no longer be available after July 06, 2026. Thereafter, the unpaid penalties previously covered by the amnesty shall become due.
