๐๐ก ๐ง๐๐ ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ง: As the Coast Guard Electronic Technician Specialization Course (CGETSC) Class 01-2026, Coast Guard Gunnerโs Mate Specialization Course (CGGMSC) Class 05-2026, and Electronics Radio Technician Package Course (ERTPC) Class 09-2026 near the completion of their training, the CGWCEIS Training Institute conducted Commanderโs Time on 01 June 2026, providing an opportunity for reflection, recognition, and inspiration before the students embark on the next chapter of their Coast
Guard careers.
During the session, Commander CGWCEISC, Vice Admiral Arnaldo M Lim PCG, commended the graduating students for their dedication, perseverance, and commitment to excellence throughout the rigorous demands of their respective courses. He emphasized that their achievements were the product of hard work, discipline, resilience, and an unwavering pursuit of professional growth.
The Commander highlighted the notable accomplishments of each class.
The CGETSC students attained a remarkable 100% passing rate in the TESDA NC II โ Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing (EPAS) competency assessment, reflecting their technical competence and commitment to excellence.
The CGGMSC students earned marksmanship qualifications from the Philippine Army and successfully conducted fi****ms preventive maintenance services, cleaning, repairing, and reconditioning more than 300 fi****ms assets from key PCG units. Meanwhile, the ERTPC students, composed of CGWCEISC personnel, demonstrated their dedication to continuous learning while further enhancing their technical capabilities.
Vice Admiral Lim likewise recognized the unwavering efforts of the CGWCEIS Training Institute, under the leadership of Commodore Pamela Dela Cruz Dolina PCG, in delivering quality, relevant, and mission- oriented training programs. He lauded the instructors, course directors and training staff for their commitment to developing Coast Guard personnel who are not only technically proficient but also guided by discipline, integrity, and a strong sense of service.
The Commanderโs Time underscored the Instituteโs commitment to investing in people and cultivating excellence through education and training. It also served as a reminder that learning does not end at graduation but continues throughout a Coast Guard professionalโs career.
