With great pride and admiration, Bureau of Fire Protection Masbate, under the supervision of FRANCIS B CASTILLO, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal, warmly congratulates the graduates of Fire Junior Leadership Course (FJLC) 2026-051 Class โAGHINAYAโ on the successful completion of this significant milestone in their firefighting and leadership journey.
We are especially proud to share that fourteen (14) personnel from BFP Masbate successfully completed and graduated from the said program, exemplifying dedication, perseverance, and commitment to professional growth and excellence in public service.
Throughout the course, the graduates underwent intensive and comprehensive training aimed at enhancing not only their technical firefighting capabilities, but also their leadership, decision-making, teamwork, communication, and crisis management skillsโqualities essential in becoming competent, disciplined, and dependable fire service leaders.
