The UP CSWCD Library will implement revised service hours starting May 25, 2026.

New Library Schedule:
Monday: Online Services Only
Tuesday to Friday:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

This arrangement shall remain in effect until further notice.

JUST IN: The Board of Regents has declared UP Tacloban the ninth constituent unit of the University of the Philippines System.

The decision was brokered during the 1409th Board of Regents meeting held Wednesday. This move is expected to give UP Tacloban greater administrative and fiscal independence, as constituent units enjoy greater administrative leeway, according to the UP Diliman Faculty Manual.

UP Tacloban, which gained autonomous status after it separated from UP Visayas in 2023, will now join Diliman, Manila, Baguio, Los Baños, Cebu, Visayas, Mindanao, and the Open University.
