Monitoring of Tropical Storm "SAUDEL" continues OUTSIDE the PAR.

Meanwhile, an LPA (08h) has formed inside the Tropical Cyclone Information Domain (TCID) and is now being monitored.

Also, the Tropical Depression to the East of Northeastern Mindanao has intensified into a Tropical Storm and was named "SAUDEL". It is being monitored outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR).
