𝐈𝐍 𝐏𝐇𝐎𝐓𝐎𝐒/ MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS

On 0900H 26 May 2026, BFP Santa Cruz Fire Station, under the direct supervision of FCINSP HERNAN B YASON, Acting Provincial Fire Marshal - BFP Occidental Mindoro, and leadership of SFO3 Armando V Rollon Jr, Acting Municipal Fire Marshal, personnel of this station attended Mental Health Awareness via zoom at Santa Cruz Fire Station, Barangay Poblacion 2, Santa Cruz, Occidental Mindoro.
This activity aims to manage work-related stress brought about by emergency response operations, public service responsibilities, and critical incident situations. Also , to help BFP personnel recognize signs of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns while promoting emotional resilience, self-care, and psychological well-being.
💪🔥 Together in service, strengthened in spirit.
