The Municipal Social Welfare and Development Office (MSWDO-VICTORIA) will conduct an Information and Education Campaign (IEC) for the organization of the Pag-asa Youth Association of the Philippines (PYAP) Barangay Chapter.

We encourage all interested youth to attend and take part in this meaningful activity. This is a great opportunity to learn, get involved, and become an active member of the youth in our community.

The Municipal Local Youth Development Office (LYDO) of Victoria is calling on all youth achievers aged 15–30 years old who have received Academic Awards, Sports Awards, and other Recognitions during the 1st Semester of 2026 at the Provincial, Regional, or National Level.

🏅 Sports Awards and Recognitions
🎓 Academic Awards and Honors
🎨 Arts and Culture Achievements
🔬 Science and Technology Competitions
🌟 Other Outstanding Recognitions

𝙉𝙊𝙏𝙀: For Academic Awards, only College Graduates who earned Latin Honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, and Summa Cum Laude) for CY 2026 are qualified for recognition under this program.

Qualified awardees and achievers may be entitled to cash incentives from the Local Government Unit of Victoria, subject to the evaluation and verification of submitted documents, existing policies and guidelines, and the availability of funds.

All submissions will undergo validation by the Municipal Local Youth Development Office to determine eligibility for recognition and incentives.

📌 Board Examination Passers and other National Licensure/Eligibility Examination Passers will be given separate recognition by the Local Government Unit of Victoria.

The Local Youth Development Office proudly recognizes and celebrates the hard work, dedication, and achievements of the youth of Victoria.

𝐒𝐊 𝐄𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐚𝐬 𝐡𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐬 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐃'𝐆𝐨𝐨𝐝 𝐕𝐢𝐛𝐞'𝐬 𝐁𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡

To strengthen camaraderie, teamwork, and youth leadership, SK Erenas successfully conducted its Team Building Activity on May 23–24, 2026 at D’Good Vibe’s Beach, San Antonio, Northern Samar.

The two-day activity gathered SK officials and youth leaders in various team-building exercises, interactive activities, and leadership engagements designed to promote unity, communication, and cooperation among participants.

The activity also served as an opportunity to deepen relationships, enhance collaboration, and reinforce the commitment of the organization in serving the youth and the community of Barangay Erenas.

SK Erenas emphasized that effective leadership begins with teamwork and shared purpose, highlighting the importance of solidarity among young leaders in achieving community goals.
