Sector I-11 is facing a serious issue with stray dogs roaming in large numbers, posing a real threat to residents, especially children and elderly. Earlier, CDA used to control this situation effectively, but after court orders, that practice was discontinued.

Although CDA has established shelter homes, their response on ground is extremely disappointing. When complaints are made, teams either don’t show up on time or arrive without proper preparation. In many cases, they fail to even attempt catching the dogs and leave the area without resolving the issue.

This negligence is putting lives at risk. It’s not just about policies it’s about ex*****on. Capital Development Authority - CDA, Islamabad must ensure that its teams are trained, responsive, and accountable. Residents deserve safety, not excuses.

Islamabad still carries the charm of a dream city, with icons like Faisal Mosque reflecting its planned beauty. But the ground reality tells a different story.

The Capital Development Authority - CDA, Islamabad has clearly failed to keep pace with the city’s growing population. Basic responsibilities like sanitation, waste management, and infrastructure maintenance are being neglected. Many sectors now face issues that were once unimaginable in the capital.

If this inefficiency continues, Islamabad risks losing the very identity that once set it apart.

The sanitation conditions in multiple sectors of Islamabad have become extremely concerning. Overflowing garbage, irregular waste collection, and blocked drains are now a common sight. This is not the standard our capital city should reflect.

Despite being under the responsibility of Capital Development Authority - CDA, Islamabad, the current situation clearly shows gaps in monitoring and service delivery.

We urge CDA to take immediate and visible action:
• Ensure regular and timely garbage collection
• Improve supervision of sanitation contractors
• Clear blocked drains and address stagnant water
• Take strict action against illegal dumping

Residents are paying taxes and deserve a clean, healthy environment. It’s time to restore the basic civic standards of Islamabad.

I have received my IESCO bill with only 103 units consumption, but still charged Rs. 1200 as fixed charges, which seems unfair, unjustified.

ہسپتال کے بل، انجیکشنز، درد... سب برداشت کر رہے ہیں۔
سپریم کورٹ/ہائی کورٹ نے مارنے پر پابندی لگا دی، ٹھیک ہے۔
لیکن جو ادارہ (CDA/MCI) بنایا گیا، وہ بس کاغذوں پر ہے۔
TNVR (پکڑو، نہیلو، ویکسین کرو، واپس چھوڑو) کہاں ہو رہا؟
کیا ہمارے بچوں کی جان سے زیادہ اہم کوئی چیز ہے؟
حکومت سے مطالبہ:
فوری طور پر موثر سٹیرلائزیشن + ویکسینیشن پروگرام شروع کرو!
ایگزیکٹو ایکشن لو، صرف نوٹس جاری نہ کرو۔

Islamabad, Sector I-11 residents!
Stray dogs are now completely out of control.
Kids, elderly, women everyone at risk of bites!
Hospital bills, injections, pain… we’re all suffering.
Supreme Court/High Court banned culling fair enough.
But the agency (CDA/MCI) set up? Just paperwork, no action.
Where’s the TNVR (Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release) program?
Are our children’s lives less important than anything?
Demand from authorities:
Start real, urgent sterilization + vaccination drives NOW!
Take executive action, not just notices.
Report on helpline 0800-112233 — but we need RESULTS!
