Collateral Rural Housing Loan

Active Members can borrow up to 85% of their contributions through the Collateral Rural Housing Loan.

For a member to access the loan, he/she has to first download his/her Benefit Statement from Ingcamu App or visit any nearest PSPF Branch Office which in turn he/she produces at either Eswatini Bank or Nedbank with his/her payslip (irrespective of whether he/she banks there).
The bank (based on its assessment) will verify if the member qualifies for the loan by checking, for example, the member’s 33% mark of debts and other pre-requisites.
If the member qualifies, the bank will then require other documents (which will be communicated to the member) to process the loan
