One of the best tools for mental health and wellness is movement, and nothing will make you want to move more than the talented folks at The Summit FM Wellness Wellness and their movement and music program. This year, they are bringing some special guests, and we cannot wait to participate in their drum circle while runners and walkers are out on the course. Join us at the Recovery Challenge on June 6, and help The Summit Wellness provide our participants with a good beat to get ready for those obstacles on the course!
