THANK YOU TO OUR 2026 GOLF TOURNAMENT SPONSORS!

With the 1st Annual PBA of NYS Family Assistance Fund Golf Tournament just days away, we want to take a moment to recognize and thank all of the incredible sponsors who helped make our inaugural tournament possible.

The support we have received from businesses, organizations, unions, and friends from across New York State has been tremendous. Every sponsorship helps strengthen the mission of the PBA of New York State Family Assistance Fund and our ability to support law enforcement officers and their families during times of illness, hardship, loss, and other unforeseen circumstances.

We are incredibly grateful to every sponsor displayed here for supporting our members, our families, and this event.

We would also like to extend a special thank you to M&M Digital Printing for their work producing the signage for this year’s tournament. From sponsor recognition to the signs that will be displayed throughout the course, their work has helped bring everything together as we prepare for tournament day.

We look forward to welcoming everyone to Top of the World Golf Resort in Lake George on Wednesday, September 23 for what we hope will be an outstanding first year.

FINAL RAFFLE DONOR RECOGNITION!

We are officially less than one week away from the 1st Annual PBA of New York State Family Assistance Fund Golf Tournament, and we want to take one final opportunity to recognize the incredible businesses, organizations and teams who have helped us build an outstanding raffle for our inaugural event.

What started as an idea for our first golf tournament has grown into more than 50 raffle prizes and experiences from supporters across New York State and beyond.

For our final raffle donor recognition, we are proud to recognize another outstanding group of donors:

New York Jets
New York Giants
Buffalo Bisons
Rochester Americans
Army West Point Football
Northway Golf Center
New York State Park Police Ski/Snowboard Team

Every raffle ticket purchased directly supports the PBA of NYS Family Assistance Fund, a federally recognized 501(c)(3) charitable organization that assists our law enforcement officers and their families following the loss of a loved one, serious illness or injury, emergency, financial hardship and other significant challenges.

To every organization that answered an email, donated an item, connected us with someone who could help, or simply supported our first tournament — thank you. Your generosity is what has made this raffle possible.

We cannot thank all of our raffle donors enough for helping make our inaugural tournament such a success before we have even reached tournament day.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone to Lake George next week!

Congratulations to New York’s 28 newest Environmental Conservation Officers!

Following an intensive 29-week academy, the class of 26 men and two women graduated at The Egg in Albany and will now begin eight weeks of field training before taking assignments across New York State.

The PBA of New York State is proud to welcome these new officers to the ranks. Their graduation provides much-needed reinforcement for the approximately 275 ECOs currently serving statewide, but continued investment is needed.

With as many as 50 ECOs potentially eligible for retirement within the next 18 months, New York must continue recruiting qualified candidates, retaining experienced officers and holding regular academies to ensure ECOs have the staffing and resources they need to protect New Yorkers and our natural resources.

Congratulations to all 28 graduates, and thank you for choosing a career in public service!
