Why does it matter where you park?

Parking too close to a corner can make it difficult for a LANta bus to safely complete a turn. Parking in a designated bus stop can prevent a bus from safely reaching the curb and picking up or dropping off passengers.

That’s THE WHY behind the enforcement. It’s not just about parking—it’s about keeping our streets safe, accessible, and moving. 🚍

🅿️ A New Parking Option for Allentown!

Yesterday, the Allentown Parking Authority proudly unveiled the new Jeff Glazier Lot at 411 Ridge Avenue, adding 25 parking spaces to better serve the surrounding community.

This new lot represents the Authority’s continued commitment to improving parking accessibility, supporting our neighborhoods, and better serving the Allentown community.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the unveiling and helped celebrate another investment in our city.
