Fosterburg Fire Protection District

The Fosterburg Fire Protection District is now accepting sealed bids for the demolition of the existing ramp and stairs and the construction of a new ADA-compliant ramp and stairs at the northeast entrance of Station 2.

This project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.

📍Bid specifications and bid packets may be obtained at Station 2, located at 4604 Seminary Road, Alton, IL 62002, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Electronic bid packets may be requested by emailing [email protected].

📆Sealed bids will be accepted at Station 2 until 5:00 p.m. on September 18, 2026.

Late bids will not be accepted.

Sealed bids will be publicly opened at 7:00 p.m. on September 23, 2026, at Station 2.

The Fosterburg Fire Protection District reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process if it is determined to be in the best interest of the District.
