The Eastport Volunteer Fire Company Eastport Volunteer Fire Company has been serving the community since 1886.

The Eastport Volunteer Fire Co (EVFC) is a nonprofit administrative company that supports the professional firefighters and paramedics at Eastport Fire Station 36. The company is made up of your neighbors who are seeking to make a difference in their community. We proudly seek to fulfill our Mission Statement, “to promote community fire and life safety through collaborative partnerships with the Annapolis Fire Department and Eastport’s Citizens, Civic Groups and Businesses.”

🇺🇸 Proud to Recognize Two of Our Own! 🇺🇸

We’re proud to recognize Mike Mattingly and Ed Downing, two members of our community who are alumni of Warfighter Advance.

These pictures were taken during their recognition of the oldest Air Force Warfighter and the Youngest Air Force Warfighter at the opening dinner last night. Traditional states that the Oldest member is to cut the cake celebrating the Air Force’s birthday and pass it to the youngest member as symbolic of passing the torch.

Their commitment to serving others, personal growth, leadership, and supporting those in the veteran community is something worth recognizing and celebrating.

We’re proud to call Mike and Ed members of our company family and grateful for the example they continue to set through their service and dedication.
