Welcome back to 'Real Libraries of Allegheny County' (Love Your Library) Where we will be spotlighting a few libraries every day! The only thing more real than their lifestyle is their books.
Today's focus is Avalon Public Library ! Located at 317 S. Home Avenue
Avalon, PA 15202 in Bellevue the Avalon Public Library is a great community spot. It was founded in 1940 with the aim of serving everyone equally through its lending services and access to information! This is a space with great accessibility and a plethora of perks to use your library card! With plenty of events for kids and adults a like such as Lego Club or Chess Club!

The library currently has power. If you need to get out of the heat, come on in. If the outages are still happening at our normal closing time of 6:00 pm, we will stay here until 9:00 pm. No computers after 5:45 pm.
