Calendar Reminder: Tomorrow, September 25, is an early release day for Shawsheen Tech students due to a Teacher Workshop.

Lunch will be served during the half day. Students have been assigned a lunch period based on their grade and technical program.

Tomorrow’s lunch choices include:
• Banana Bread
• Cocoa Bread
• Gluten-Free Lucky Charms Bowl

All lunches will be served with Craisins, yogurt and string cheese, with fresh fruit, 100% fruit juice and milk available. A fruit bar will also offer a variety of fruits, vegetables and hummus.

Co-Op continues to provide Shawsheen seniors with valuable opportunities to apply their technical skills in professional settings while gaining meaningful workforce experience.

The Class of 2027 has already logged 14,008 hours with 89 employers, with 108 seniors participating in Co-Op and earning $240,795 in gross wages to date.

These experiences help students strengthen their skills, build professional connections, and prepare for success beyond Shawsheen.

The fall lineup of Adult Education cooking classes kicks off with Sourdough Bread on October 6. Learn the steps of sourdough making and take home recipes and starter dough so you can continue baking at home.

Shawsheen Tech’s National Honor Society is bringing back its annual Trunk or Treat, and the entire community is invited!

Join us on Saturday, October 24, from 2–5 p.m. for an afternoon filled with activities, games, crafts, a DJ, food, and, of course, plenty of treats!

This year’s Trunk or Treat will also serve as a community fundraising event, with charity details coming soon.
