Ellendale Days! What a fun community. We walked, er ran, through town as part of their biggest parade ever, then enjoyed a variety of activities, shopping and food along Main Street. Delicious.

Mayor Don Flaherty and event coordinator Laurel Chafey gave us the warmest welcome. I really appreciated the Dist 28 Team of Rep. Mike Brandenberg and Sen. Bob Erbele for their great parade truck. Our parade team was full of spirit!

Thank you all for showing up to help us. This small, friendly town has big energy and is truly alive. Thank you for a fun day Ellendale!!

The Finish Line in Velva has a creative menu and delicious food including their burgers and tater tots!! I stopped there for lunch and discussion with some nearby legislators. Velva is a lovely town with engaged citizens. Even got to visit for a few minutes with a table of women who were eager to get my opinions on Voter ID requirements and immigration enforcement. We didn’t share the same views but I appreciated the conversation!!

Almont Labor Day celebration is a great community event. Republican state and federal leaders were there in force today!! I didn’t compete in any of the street races or games this year, but Mike and I sure enjoyed visiting with kids and adults alike. Lots of energy, tradition and pride in this beautiful small town.

Beautiful morning for a parade! Mike and I joined a fantastic group of supporters and fellow candidates for Buffalo Days in Jamestown. We piled together with Commissioners Jill Kringstad, Brian Kroshus, & Sheri Haugen-Hoffart, Senators Sean Cleary, & Cole Conley, Rep. Mitch Ostlie, & State House Candidate Kevin Wolsky. Our good fortune landed us right in front of a large formation of the North Dakota Army National Guard 817th Engineer Company. They marched and chanted to the pride of all parade goers. God bless our service members. ❤️🇺🇸

The North Dakota State Fair kicked off this weekend—what a great celebration of our state! The opening parade, with 220 entries, was a grand event. I loved joining my fellow conservative champions, seeing hundreds of friends and supporters, and running into so many encouraging folks along the way—even Santa Claus!
