We are monitoring the weather with the partnership of NWS and working with the
Tailgates ‘N Tallboys festival team as they are preparing for any adjustments needed in anticipation of potential weather threats tomorrow June 21st.

The festival will communicate to buyers via SMS text messaging, on site Video Wall Screens, and Emails. Attendees are also encouraged to follow the festival’s social media.

A beautiful day for T&T day #3 today, high temp of 79°. Tomorrow is looking sketchy, there is high confidence of thunderstorms from 8 am - 4 pm and the possibility of another line in the evening. We'll get an update later today.

Dry conditions are expected today and Saturday in central IL, but a disturbance passing through northern IL will bring a chance for scattered showers mainly near and north of I-74 late tonight. A storm system Sunday looks to bring heavy rain at times and a threat for severe thunderstorms. Temperatures will be below normal for several days, with highs from mid 70s to mid 80s, and lows from mid 50s to mid 60s.

Today is the day for those heading out to Tailgate N' Tallboys Bloomington Illinois. GA entrance and parking are on the north side of the venue.

That entrance is off of College Avenue. Take Market St to Wylie Dr to left on College Ave.

VIP entrance is from Market St.

Dry weather is expected the rest of the week and into Saturday. However, showers and storms return late Saturday night and continue through Sunday night.

We were just on a call with NWS; we do not anticipate any more severe warnings for the county this evening. We got lucky and most of the severe stuff went around us.

Flooding is ongoing and will continue to be an issue through the evening. Keep in mind, this is Illinois - anything can happen and weather changes.
