YDMA is looking for passionate young Democrats across Massachusetts to help organize, build power, and strengthen our youth movement. These appointed roles are a great opportunity to get more involved with YDMA, contribute in a focused leadership or committee role, and help shape our work over the next year.

Positions appointed in May 2026 for a one-year term include Parliamentarian, Finance Director and Committee Members, Programming Director and Committee Members, Technical Director, Regional Directors, Social Media Manager, Press Secretary, and Organizing Director.

Whether you have been involved with YDMA for years or are looking for your first opportunity to get your foot in the door, we encourage you to apply. Applicants may apply for multiple positions by submitting the form more than once.
