Massachusetts libertarians: We need volunteers.
To put a libertarian candidate for State Auditor on the ballot, we must collect thousands of signatures by July 28.
This isn't just about one campaign. Success in 2026 helps position us to regain party status in 2028 and build a stronger liberty movement for years to come.
Never collected signatures before? That's okay. Most people start with family, friends, coworkers, and neighbors.
Can you commit to:
✅ Family & friends
✅ 50 signatures
✅ 100 signatures
If you're willing to help, message us and we'll get you started.
The most important contribution right now isn't money. It's signatures.
Learn about two URGENT ballot access drives!
We need your help to realize two ballot access opportunities.
Remember, the Libertarian Party is once again committed to achieving ballot status in 50-states plus DC. And the new Libertarian National Committee just raised the 2026 ballot access budget from $0 to $82,500! But...
Budgeting money isn't the same as having the money!
We must still raise it! >>>
We're providing funds for two drives, Maryland and Massachusetts. Let me tell you what's at stake in each state, and what we need to finish the job.
Maryland
This state requires 10,000 signatures, but there's GOOD NEWS! The Maryland LP has already collected the basic 10k requirement!
But don't get too confident. Those signatures will be examined and challenged. Some will be declared invalid. We must collect a cushion.
That's where the national LP comes in. We're committed to funding those extra signatures. This is a great use of money because...
This petition gets us party status both in 2028 and 2030! We must collect and turn in these signatures after July 1. So please donate now! Link in the comments!
Please also understand that there is a danger...
The longer we wait to get the needed cushion, the more signatures will start to go bad as people move, and if we wait until November, some signatures collected at the start of the drive will become invalid. So let's get this job done now!
Massachussets
This is a huge opportunity! This petition will put Al Ozonoff on the ballot to run for auditor. If Al gets 3% of the vote, then the LP is automatically qualified for the ballot in 2028! And there's more good news!
There is no Republican in this race, so Al is almost guaranteed to meet or exceed 3%. But first, we must get him on the ballot. It's a big signature requirement, and it all has to be done by July 28th!
Please help fund this drive! Link in the comments!
Help us quickly so we don't push the deadline too close.
Remember, this is all part of a bigger picture!
We intend to have 50 state ballot status plus DC in 2028.
We intend to have 66,000 members by that time - double our previous record - and raise $4 million in that year.
All of this is a stepping stone to a larger vision called the Parity Project, which aims to equalize the LP with the Democrats and Republicans in size, funding, visibility, and electoral success. We will do that by locating and recruiting Americans who already self-identify as libertarians or who hold mostly libertarian positions on the issues.
But the task today is ballot access. Please make your best contribution to fund these drives, or start a monthly pledge to help fund future drives. >>>
Thank you.
