Mark your calendars! On Wednesday, June 24th from 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM the McCulloch County Library will host an engaging virtual event in collaboration with Texas A&M AgriLife Extension.
Attendees are invited to join the Plant Party webinar series, entitled "Grasses for the Win!".

There will be five short presentations:
▪ Native Grasses in Lawns and Trails
▪ C3 vs C4 Grass Phisiology
▪ Warm vs Cool Season Grass Grazing
▪ Grassland Structure for Wildlife
▪ Grasslands as Carbon Sinks

The Plant Party webinar series is a collaboration between Texas Parks & Wildlife Department, USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service, and Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service. These quarterly webinars are meant to promote advanced training on all things plants and to get people excited about the flora of our state.

🤖 Gear up, young Einsteins! The Robotics & STEAM camp with the fabulous Mrs. Teresa Smith kicks off Monday, June 22nd at 1:00 pm, exclusively for 4th to 6th graders! 🎨

This camp is like a thrilling saga—each day builds on the last, so daily attendance is the key to unlocking all the fun and learning. 🚀

✨ Remember, it's a VIP club with only 20 spots per session, so registration is your golden ticket! ✨

Dates: June 22nd, 23rd, 24th & 25th

The Summer Reading program "Unearth a Story " was rawrsome this Thursday with the 6-10 year olds! They had a blast decorating paleontologist hats, making binoculars, creating their own fossils, and so much more!!!

🦖 Ms. Neysa’s Adventures are on Tuesdays for the little tots aged 2 to 5, and Thursdays for the energetic bunch aged 6 to 10. Both run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM. 🦕

No Wednesday shenanigans, so take a breather! 🌷

🤖 For the tech-loving kiddos, STEAM & Robotics kicks off for 1st to 3rd graders from Monday, June 15th to Thursday, June 18th, with sessions from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM. Remember, only 12 spots are up for grabs, so make sure to sign up! Registration is a must!

Then, the 4th to 6th graders join the fun from Monday, June 22nd to Thursday, June 25th, starting at 1:00 PM until 2:30 PM. Remember, it's a VIP club with only 20 spots per session, so registration is your golden ticket! 🤖
