🦅 Thank you to Pierce Pettengill and his crew from Troop 350!

Pierce completed his Eagle Project yesterday at the Imagination Station. He has been playing at the Imagination Station since he was 2 years old and lives downtown Brighton. This was a design he created and today executed the build leading a crew of about 30 volunteers. They started at 10 a.m. and finished at 4:30 p.m. The kids were lined up and excited to try out the new exciting element.

This new addition replaced the broken bridge that was loved for many years. Pierce sat out there past dark watching the kiddos excitement as they walked in and ran over to it. Well done young man, thank you again!🇺🇸

🌞Today is the build of a new addition to the Imagination Station. Pierce from Troop 350 and a crew of volunteers are constructing a new exciting Eagle Project at the park🦅 They are replacing the broken bridge that we can no longer find parts for.

🚧The park is open but please be aware of the designated work space that will be taped off.

🚧ATTENTION: PARK CLOSED SEPTEMBER 8TH FOR RE-SEALING🚧

IMAGINATION STATION PLAYGROUND
STRUCTURE RE-SEALING

The City of Brighton DPW will be sealing all of the wooden structures of the Imagination Station on Monday, September 8, 2025. The playground and adjacent parking spaces on Millpond Lane will need to be closed for that entire day. The Imagination Station will reopen on Tuesday, September 9, 2022.

In the case of inclement weather, the sealing work will be done on Tuesday, September 9. The Imagination Station will then re-open on Wednesday, September 10.

Help needed!! The sweet little lion enjoyed a rooftop dinner with his favorite human this evening and was accidentally left behind in a highchair. We weren’t able to rescue him before the rain storm, but we’re drying him out and keeping him safe.

We have kids and know how attached they get to their stuffed friends, so please share this post and help us reunite him with his friend. We are certain come bedtime someone will be missing him!
