Meet Liz!
Liz is the Director of Rehab and a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant for Independence Rehab, a new contract therapy company here at Homeplace Burlington. Independence Rehab now provides in-house physical and occupational therapy services at the community. She is passionate about helping individuals maximize their function, independence and quality of life. She specializes in fall prevention, neurological rehabilitation, and dementia-informed rehab. She loves to think outside the box to create meaningful activities and exercises for the residents.

When not at work, Liz enjoys hiking, backpacking, camping, and spending her free time outdoors with her Husband and son. Save the date for July 15 as we will be hosting a meet and greet with Independence Rehab at HomePlace!
