The members of the Cambridge Fire Department extend our sincere condolences to the family and friends of Sally King.

Sally was a longtime supporter of our department and community. Over the years, she was always willing to help, whether it was supporting department activities or simply thinking of our members. Many firefighters will remember the late-night donuts she would bring by during calls and the kindness she showed to everyone she met. 🍩

We are grateful for all that Sally (and Jim) did for the Cambridge Fire Department throughout the years. Her support and friendship were appreciated more than words can express.

Please keep Sally’s family and loved ones in your thoughts during this difficult time.

Sally’s memory will remain with many members of our department for years to come.

**Training Night at Cambridge Fire Department**

Last evening, members of the Cambridge Fire Department participated in an extrication drill at the fire station. Firefighters took the opportunity to refresh their skills and focus on the fundamentals of vehicle stabilization—an essential component of safe and effective rescue operations.

Within our coverage area, motor vehicle accidents make up a significant portion of the calls we respond to. Regular hands-on training helps ensure our members remain proficient, efficient, and prepared to respond when real emergencies occur.

Training like this reinforces our commitment to providing the highest level of service to our community while maintaining the safety of both our responders and those we serve.

*Dedicated to training today so we're ready when you need us tomorrow.* 🚒🔥
